  • PLAYER CHECKLIST:
    1. Make sure your deck is complete and is according to the current format. If you are not sure about a card, check with a Gym Leader, Professor, Judge or Organizer.
    2. Make sure you bring your deck, dice and damage counters.
    3. Be sure to complete your Deck list. These are required at almost every major event.
    4. When you bring your deck list to the tourney and present it with your deck to the Judge, make sure your deck is in the same order as is on the deck list. For example:
Pokemon - in order as listed on your sheet
Trainer Cards in order as listed on you sheet
Energy Cards in order as listed on your sheet.
This makes the registration process go MUCH MUCH faster.
    5. Have your POP ID handy. If you don't have it let the Judge/Staff know so they can assign you one. If you have played before and do have a POP ID, but forgot it, let the Judge/staff know so they can look it up for you.
    6. Pay attention to announcements.
    7. Always watch your belongings. Dont leave them unattended.
    8. Also, why not bring yourself a snack and some drinks. Those who have played before know this is a long day, and those who are new sure find out!
    9. These are also great days for trading cards and meeting great people.
    10. Lastly, remember, although Pokemon is great fun, remember it is a GAME, and we are here to enjoy! Good Luck to all!

Thanks to Renee Martinez for this Player Checklist!

  • Randomizer & damage counters:
It is a players responsibility to make sure that you bring a die and damage counters for the tournament.

Random deck/sleeves check will be conducted throughout the tournament. If it is found that your deck has been altered, you will be disqualified.
Profanity, poor sportsmanship & unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Due to the differing age groups, these issues cannot be overlooked. Also, out of respect to the venues proprietor, the tournament staff has to make sure that the event is conducted without any unpleasant incident. If you decide to ignore this rule, you will be disqualified from the tournament & will be ejected from the premises. You may make your own decision ahead of time not to participate in this event if you disagree with this rule.
Any ruling made by a Judge will be final. Respect this rule. If you disrespect a Judge or a Tournament Staff in any way, you will be ejected from the premises as per RULE 4 above.
Once your match is over, call a judge/staff to have your results recorded on their sheet. Afterwards, you & your opponent will sign the judges sheet. Do not leave the table until a judge/staff has recorded your results. Your signature declares that the results are accurate and these results cannot be altered afterwards.
Most important rule of all, give it all your best and try to win but dont forget to have fun playing!
