POKEMON MASTER RULINGS PUI releases and updates Pokemon Rulings quite frequently. Most of the following Rulings contains similar materials but are never exact duplicates of one another. Keep the file where you may have easy access to it such as your desktop or Start Menu. Double click on the icon to open it & have fun!   To those of you unfamiliar with screenmates, they are a variation of a screensaver. The differences between them is that a screenmate is a much smaller program than a screensaver and that it stays on your screen and keeps you company while you do whatever it is that you do. The program just keeps on running unless you close it manually unlike that of a screensaver which automatically closes as soon as it senses any type of movement.
